We don't do that. Custom AI Workflows means we look at how your business actually runs — where time goes, what's repeating, what's slow — and build the right shape of automation for that. Sometimes that's an AI agent, sometimes it's a workflow with AI sitting in one step, sometimes it's just a smarter form. The design is led by the problem, not the tech.

First conversation is about the business problem, not the AI. We're looking for a workflow that's repetitive, rule-shaped enough for AI, and high-value enough to be worth the build.

We don't build everything at once. The first version automates the 30% of the workflow that gives you 70% of the value. Ship that, prove it, then expand.

We integrate with your existing stack
Whatever you already use — CRMs, payment systems, ERPs, custom databases — if it has an API, we wire in. If it doesn't, we'll build the bridge.

We hand over and stay on
You own the system. We monitor, tune, and stay on retainer for changes — but you can take it in-house anytime.

How long does a custom build take?
Smaller workflows ship in 1–2 weeks. Most full custom builds are live within 30 days. Larger ones — multi-system integrations or compliance-heavy designs — can run 60–90 days.
Who owns the build?
You do. The code, the prompts, the integration credentials. We host it on your infrastructure or ours, your choice. You can take it in-house any time.
