The short version
This website does not set:
- tracking cookies
- advertising cookies
- third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, etc.)
- session cookies for visitor profiling
Under PECR (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and UK GDPR, only strictly-necessarycookies are exempt from consent. We use only those, so we don’t show a consent banner.
What we do use
Browser storage we genuinely need to make the site work:

Embedded third-party content
If you visit /book while we have the booking calendar wired up, the page embeds a calendar widget from Calendly. That widget may set its own cookies on the calendly.com domain to make the calendar function. Those cookies are set by Calendly, not us, and are governed by their cookie policy.
If you don’t want to use the embed, you can email us directly at hello@flownexusai.co.uk instead.
If we add analytics later
If we ever introduce site analytics, we’ll choose a cookieless and IP-anonymising provider (Vercel Analytics or Plausible) that doesn’t require consent under PECR. If we ever genuinely need a tool that does require consent, we will add a proper consent banner with clear opt-in, granular controls, and non-pre-checked options — and update this page before doing so.
